It's like she is feeling quite low these days. Previously her tweets were smart as to influence most of the public in a positive way. But these days, don't know what happened to her , looks like suffering from severe inferiority complex.

I can't agree on her tweets ever being positive - they've always been mostly self aggrandizing and / or hateful.

But as of late it's accelerated. Her family needs to get her psychiatric help. Malignant narcissists exhibiting this level of grandiosity and self delusion are usually suffering from severe cases of low self esteem and feelings of inferiority. They're not only a danger to others but themselves.
