With re: HR's career, it was mutual support between him and his dad. If HR got huge successes with Rakesh, Papa also got his biggest hits with son.

Not only that, the outside movies HR got after were based on his success, not on the fact he was Rakesh's son or famous last name or because of some mentors string-pulling.

This ain't one of the usual nepo cases anyone can point to.

Question is where he would stand IN BOLLYWOOD without the help of his father. Don't include biological facts in it.

Hrithik is Rakesh's money maker, not the other way around. He has elevated every single Rakesh film well beyond what was on the page or came from the director's chair. Even Rakesh knows this which is why he's said that he won't make a film without Hrithik anymore while Hrithik will of course work with others.

War was a two hero film and Tiger deserves equal credit if not more than Hrithik for it's success.

Doing whataboutery is not going to change the fact that the biggest Hits of Hrithik are with his father. Rakesh Roshan needs Hrithik, but Hrithik also needs Rakesh. He became Superstar because his father made films for him.

Before 2019 Hrithik was a bit done and dusted. Fail films and no releases at all hurt him. So even if S30 became a hit It wasnt as much grosser as lets say Baaghi 2. I do think for War both Hrithik/Tiger deserve equal credit for opening

Hrithik made Rakesh a bit producer not the other way round.

Hrithik rebranded Rakesh. Nahin toh ek ke baad ek backdated flops de raha tha Tweeety Bird. Hrithik nahin hota toh Rakesh aaj Sawan Kumar type ke logon ke katar main hota.

rakesh roshan only good movies were

khoon bari maang and karan arjun

after that hrithik has made every movie success
