. Bollywood brings in the glam and grabs more eyeballs with being in public eye. True for most parts of corporate world and every industry

Whole world is not an easy place

There was a time Bollywood or any film industry was worst place to work that was in 50s-60s 70s etc

But in 2020 every industry is worst be it garment, automobiles or IT

Only 20% girls who have done above 10th std have job in india

So today industry is as bad a place as bollywood or tollywood for women

Just that in bollywood not easy to hide atrocities/sexual harassment

some journalist will publish as gossip

also in film industry girls can take parents, secretary to work spot unlike companies

So bollywood is safer than companies

Yes actress are exploited but they are compromising to get work themselves

Few who do not compromise are targeted like tanushree dutta

Thats truth of film industry

In a company or factory girls are alone they cannot take parents, security. They must fight alone no one supports in fear of losing job. Sometimes entire family depend on their salary so they cannot leave job too. If they complaint they only will be thrown out of jobs in IT company or garment or any factory. So hardly anyone complaints. Further when back ground check is made with previous company they give wrong reports so women do not get jobs once they raise voice against sexula harassment in companies. This is true of very big IT companies in india.

atleast bollywood its better than other companies in todays times
