As far as I know they filed an abatement to suicide case, CBI is investigating everything, they didn't give anything in writing to the court about murder

I m still amazed with the fact that a family that has an IPS officer and lawyers saw the body and couldn't figure out its a murder while the rest of the world figured it out by viewing blurred pictures.

I don't understand this supposed scandal. Everyone who hangs out on a BW forum should be aware that the touchy feely standards of BW are very different compared to average people like us.

Haven't these people seen their own favorites hugging and kissing and sitting in each other's laps? It's very very common. The only difference is that since Mahesh Bhatt is old and ugly, it looks creepy to you while an A-list actor doing the same won't look that way to you.

he wasn’t killed. He died by suicide. He has been bipolar, he had anxiety and probably depression and they knew it but their ignorance about mental health in general probably made him ashamed to open up more to them. If Sushant was alive seeing how people think having depression is like being a criminal then for sure the poor lad would feel ashamed of himself.
There’s a huge work to do remove the stigma around mental illness otherwise such deaths will continue to happen and all will label them as murders from lack of knowledge.

Good lord! The ignorance & illiteracy in this country is on another level. SM just glorifies it 10 folds. They're trolling Mumbai Police again because they named Republic as the prime suspect in the TRP fixing case when it was India Today that was named in the FIR. They don't even know the basics of Law, just parrot whatever their masters tell them.

FIR(First Information Report) is as the name suggests just a written document with all the INITIAL information that the police has received. The Police starts working on this information and then gathers evidence, more information, suspects & witnesses. Its these witnesses & evidence that have led them to Republic TV. FIR is moot.

For example the family has named Rhea in connection to the missing 15 Cr in their FIR, there is no 15 Cr in this case but lets assume there was but it was someone else who had stolen it. ED's investigation led them to that person. Can that person just say, Hey I'm not on the initial FIR, you can't touch me. Of course not, that would be ridiculous. Thats exactly what Arnab is doing and you guys are eating it up like fools. Judge Arnab is giving himself a clean chit.

Choose whatever side you want, but think for yourself. Please.
