Honey, it's no 'theory' that this issue has been played up very publicly by the BJP. It was even on the BJP election manifesto of Bihar.

Why do warriors hate brains so much? Even a kid could tell that this is political power-play to ramp up the elections. All because Shiv Sena rebuffed the BJP (although I hate SS and Congress both).
