It's because of proximity to Prasar Bharti and News Broadcasters' Association in Delhi.

According to ANI, the Delhi HC has sent out directives to the Prasar Bharati and News Broadcasters Association in connection to this matter, “Delhi High Court directs Centre, Prasar Bharati and News Broadcasters Association to consider Rakul Preet Singh's plea as a representation and expeditiously decide it including any interim directions that ought to be issued.”

So it's for Media Trail not for False allegation .okay.

It is a minor distinction and phrased like this in keeping with concerns of jurisdiction in a court of law. She cant take any legal action for "false allegation" in the HC because the matter is underway at the NCB- she cant sue the NCB but she can sue the media for making it seem like she was a suspect and has been "summoned" when the NCB did not pursue this line of action.

In Bollywood, you need to be thick skinned, otherwise your fate ends up being like Sushant.

Atleast someone in the BW has some balls to take a stand and take it to courts. Whatever might happen in this case, it’ll atleast give some courage to other individuals maligned by these media vultures.
