My prediction- Rhea will not be arrested in SSR case

Yes, Rhea is arrested in the drugs case and she may even go to jail for it. Whether she procured the drugs for herself or for SSR is irrelevant . But, that’s the most the government can accuse her. It seems impossible to arrest her in any case related to SSR. The more I see the situation from nuetral point of view, the more it seems that Rhea is made a scapegoat of various political, personal vendetta games. And no, I’m not saying that Rhea is some innocent Pari who is blamed bcoz of patriarchy (lol😆) . She might be a liar and a druggie but that’s not the reason enough to destroy her.

the murder charge doesn’t stick, coz she’s not even living with him at the time of his death. Also, there’s no motive here. Unless, someone produces the evidence that she took a huge life insurance policy on SSR.

The abetment also cannot stick for the sAme reason that she broke up with him in June and was not living with him at the time of his death.

The only thing left is, financial mismanagement. This can be valid only if it is proved that she used his money without his knowledge or coerced it out of him by force. But, there’s no evidence that SSR was unaware of her spending and infact, in that audio tape with his financial manager, he was happily involving her in all of his decisions. Even in his retirement plans. And I refuse to believe that Sushant is such an gullible, innocent lamb to be cheated out by an younger girl. I have seen Some illiterate villagers who are more privy to their finances. And SSR being an brilliant minded educated man cannot be so foolish. It seems the only explanation is he trusted Rhea and so involved her in his money affairs.

The only angle left is , blackmail . And that can be used to throw Rhea in jail , provided they find any proof of it. Right now, without any lack of any proof , the bloodthirsty mob is just demanding for her pound of flesh, and it’s disgusting to watch.

Its a very sad situation because Sushant and his family will never get justice...

There were too many cooks...and they spoiled the broth....MP, Bihar Polics, CBI, ED, Narcotics, some politician even suggested to investigate her for terrorism, BJP, Maha govt...

Then there was this team of loonies...Kangna, KRK, Isha something, Subba Swamy and the ring leader Arnab....they made so much raita...from nepotism, to bullying and banning in BW....to Aditya thakre, two bodies, Disha being raped and murdered...

Then there were people like Ankita who were creating confusion about depression.

and last but not the least..the gullible public..

The investigation lost its track...ye toh hona he tha...

Rhea or in fact no one might not be convicted acc. to me for the following reasons -

1. It's really hard to prove abetment to suicide cases. Plus there is no suicide note, even if SSR left one with her name on it, cannot be traced anymore. Although leaving a note doesnt guarantee punishment either, example - Pancholi.

2. 2 long months have passed before CBI pitched in. Mumbai Police did good job in destroying all possible evidences. Full credit goes to them for cover up. 👏
3. Rhea's lawyer is Maneshinde.
4. Even if Rhea was drugging him through food and all without his consent/knowledge, unless they confess cannot be proved.
5. Money trails still cannot prove if she took those money without his knowledge, or he spent on her, unless there is a forged signature or something.
6. Above all, I really dont think Rhea has any hand in his killing if it's a murder. Hoping the real culprits would be caught soon. Still hoping against all odds. What else can we do anyways.

I agree.

I think rhea might not be a good human being but it doesn't look like she murdered Sushant (even abetment of suicide).

Three national level agencies are working on this case but still nothing concrete against has come out.
