This is how the legal system works. A defending party will often counter-sue or file additional allegations. Also, not every charge will stick. The prosecution will always be aggressive on charges because they anticipate some charges being dismissed or reduced. Sometimes charges are filed to get warrants to access additional information that may otherwise not fall in the jurisdiction of the current investigation. Sometimes charges are filed to throw off another party.

Also your entire past is digged up. Any mistake done in the past by anyone in SSR's or Rhea's family would be used as a proof in the court.

Yes, the divine angel who, even after almost two months of Sushant's death, family filing an FIR, the family supporting news channels and vile people like Kangana who openly turned her into the nation's most hated villain, even after the SC transferring the case to the CBI has still not been arrested! The main 'accused' who is believed to have 'murdered' him is still not arrested. People were rejoicing when the case was transferred to CBI saying ab Rhea ki vaat lag jayegi, what happened? The NCB had to actually arrest her brother on charges of some drugs cartel when I'm pretty sure the whole city is filled with bigger drugs mafia than none of these investigative agencies bat an eyelid to.

So it doesn't amaze me at all why Rhea took this step. But well deserved. Hope she takes the same action against channels like Republic and Times Now and people like Navika, Arnab and Kangana. All this despite the fact that the CBI has clearly mentioned in their statement that they do not reveal any development of their investigation to the media. As if this is the first time a grown up has committed suicide in this country. Only if news channels would take the same interest in thousands of other suicides happening throughout the country especially by farmers and young people and investigate the reason behind it.

A common man has no value in the eye of law. He/she/they may die or become a victim of crime, it does not matter. Only rich celebrities are important in this country. Only money and power matters to people. 🤬

Common person like me who has seen sexual harassment and abuse faced by people in their home and work place. Nobody supports them when they try to file case. Police refuses to file case. Sometimes its a literal battle to file an FIR. Slow judiciary is another problem. 🤢

Law and police is meant for the rich only. 😡

Oh how can I forget, Rhea can sue Sushant's IPS brother in law as well. What he did in Feb this year was a criminal offense, he had asked Mumbai police to intimidate Rhea and Sushant's employee. Mumbai police has already given a statement regarding that. Khandan ke aadhe members lagta hai criminal mind ke hai.

The IPS jija would not be a commissioner anymore. He needs to be investigated.
