I blame audience too. We as an audience isn't open to accept things. I saw many posts where they said Sushant's high IQ doesn't make him eligible to commit suicide. Some say he was well settled, had fame and money yet he commited suicide. We as a people don't want to break pre conceived stereotypes. The reason why republic and other media outlets keeps thriving is because we give them opportunity to manipulate us. If we stop caring about their reporting they will be forced to give us the unbiased news.

The less said about online bullies the better. Ghar ki bheegi billi bhi social media pe sher bani baithi rehti hain.

I remember when the Kohinoor girl Kuljeet committed suicide.. although she had left a suicide note, her ex BF Bhanu was still questioned and there were speculations about him too.. of course considerably less since SM wasn't prevalent during the time

Family not sure but Sooraj yes.. he never really was able to come out of the radar pertaining to Jhea's case and rightly so

Also, there were no questions.. Jhea left a note.. her death was accepted as suicide with people blaming Suraj.. in this case, there is an ongoing investigation the scrutiny is gonna be more

but wasn't his family involved in that case too?🤢

Everytime i see him in public it makes my blood begins to boil.🤢😡

Would the reactions (like Nepotism debate,Urge of CBI Investigation) to Sushant's sad demise have been same if it wasn't lockdown period?

Just wants to know your opinion..

Misogyny is always present in Indian society and their ignorance and shame about mental illness is also really apparent. They won't accept he could be depressed "because he's smart." Only dumb people can get it, I guess. When someone like Deepika says it herself, they call it fake or say that she is just an attention seeker. Nobody can be depressed - it has to be a lie, attention-seeking tactic, or something used as an insult.

They've pushed back depression awareness 50 years with the way they're acting. Everyone would be fearful and ashamed to say they have it just based on seeing how people act regarding it.

Him and his family makes my skin crawl too for some reason and I am not even sure why.. I hate the fact that he got away.. a failed career is not an enough punishment to drive someone to suicide.. but unfortunately we don't live in the ideal world

I have always said this.. the reactions are fueled due to the lockdown.. would there still be outrage? Yes.. Would people like Kangana still have used the opportunity? Yes.. but the extent and intensity would have been considerably lower..
