Actually I think he has a decent female following among older women. You can't make it as big as he has without support from both genders.

He had female fans in the 90s. Older cousins used to crush on him for his intense eyes, silky hair, and brooding screen persona.

Haha yes I agree hardly any girl drool over him but almost every girl likes him although in a diff way.Atleast that’s what I feel.I may not call him hot or sexy or drool over him but his acting affects me more than a Ranbir or SRK or Hrithik’s whom I find charming as actors.So yeah hardly anyone dislikes him.
