No! North and South indian cuisines are poles apart

Hyderabadi is very spicy while Mughlai cuisine is more about nuts and cream. Very heavy.
Keralite and Goan are all about fishes and sea food
Punjabi is known for its spiciness too, and their gravies and kababs. The list goes on...

Indian have a huge variety of biryanis depending on the state 😉
