Sushant Singh Rajput : One last Time

As tomorrow is the day when Sushant is going nto grace our screens one last time, as a fan , as an admirer and as a human I request to stop this whole ruckus and let him rest in peace finally.

He is dead. As much as this is insensitive if me to put it this way, it is the fact. No matter what is done and what is said, he ain't coming back. I just saw his sister's post and it broke my heart. None of us are experiencing the gut wrenching pain that his family is going through. We all are hurt, yes. We all are shocked and in pain but our loss is no where near theirs. It's time we just let go his death and stop humiliating his life by our constant ifs and buts.

Those who believe he died by suicide , keep your opinion with yourself. Those who believe he was murdered, keep yours with you. Nobody is hearing us and nobody is giving two cents to our perspective on his life or eventual passing away.

How small we are becoming as humans to not respect a person , both alive and dead! This is horrendous! This whole madness!!

People claiming with utmost confidence that he was depressed and hence ended his life , who are you all? His family? Friends? Were you there? Did you see the body hung? Were there any pictures? No right? You all are going by what is been told by media and police! Stop assuming! Let police say whatever it wants to for we all know how all high profile cases are dealt.

People claiming he was murdered.. how do you know?? Do you by any means can prove it with your virtual investigations? No right? Then be it!

Just imagine the plight of the family reading all sort of bullshit about their dead son. If nothing else, atleast be a good person and don't talk about things you don't know about !

Who wronged him , who didn't .. it's all in the past now. Bollywood ain't going to change.

All things said, at the end, bollywood has indeed given Sushant a medium to fulfill his dreams. His passion and boy did he do well here.

Celebrate his life! Talk about his work. Talk about how amazing he is going to be on our screens tomorrow. But please let go of this circus. 🙏

In that case my apologies if I offended you.

My perspective is many of us who're impacted by this feel that our silence will effectively give a pass to brush everything under the carpet. If nobody would have said anything, I doubt Aditya Chopra, Masand, etc would've been called by the police.

completely understand the outrage. I myself have repeatedly talked about how things are not as simple as they are portrayed and I am definitely not team suicide.

But when I saw his sister's post today , I realised how difficult it must be for them to see his death turning into a mockery. No-one is intending harm I know but the fact remains , none of us would ever know what went wrong on that fateful day. Voicing our voice is good. But here , people are being sardonic when they come across a different perspective.

I understand that high profile interrogation might not have happened had there been no protest but we need to remember that Shekhar Kapoor had called out yashraj for shelving paani. Aditya Chopra would have been called anyway.

Public protest is a necessity . I am not saying system doesn't respond to it. They do.

But nothing comes up as a consequence. We have not one but many such examples where cases were investigated on public rage but were shut down eventually with original verdict.

Worse, some of th le stars are doing movies and behaving God despite horrendous crimes that they have done and found guilty of.

I am equally guilty of imposing my opinion on his death on lot of threads but what difference has it made?

People are offended by assuming that his fans are not accepting it as a suicide because they don't want to admit he had mental illness. But that's not true! Just like suicide has no proof in this case, so does murder! Then why is one set so judgemental on the other?
