I'm also one of the "scavengers"..😆 but in my defense, his death sent the internet into a tizzy and a lot of people are picking up whatever info they can find and running with it. It's also partly due to lack of faith in police "investigations."
I am not calling you one.
you are audience and audience are at the moment emotional and they tend to believe almost everything they hear and read. I mean, somewhere even I also don't feel he committed suicide. But that is mostly because of the upsetting scenario than me being a conspiracy theorists. And most of the normal people are like that, they don't want to believe such a cool guy took his life, and for them these stories are an escape. Obviously I would prefer normal people to act logically, not share everything they see in media/social media, but that is secondary.
Primary problem is these established celebrities, news channels/newspapers and social media handles which are deliberately posting half truth and rumors as truth, just for the more attention and engagement.
I mean, I am all for a proper investigation, even if a privately funded one, because we cannot leave out any possibility, but people cooking up stories and fooling the naive audience for attention and agendas is disrespectful to Sushant.
