Thank you everyone for your kind words, appreciate it.

I said a lot but I also forgot a lot of things so let me try again.

what I've noticed is that we get triggered. Its important to become aware of our triggers. One day I'd be jumping up and down and that day my thought process, mood, reactions, interactions would be totally different then the next day its the complete opposite. Anything can trigger it. Each has their own triggers according to their conditioning.

There's a spectrum of emotions. On one end we've fear, shame, guilt, resentment, anger, hate, jealousy, envy, bitterness, on the other hand we've love, joy, peace, happiness, acceptance, contentment, etc.

throughout the day we can jump from one state to another depending on our thoughts, reactions, triggers. Its best to be mindful of it and to see what's causing what emotion or mental state.

I highly recommend to read power vs force by dawid hawkins https://www.amazon.com/Power-Force-David-Hawkins-M-D/dp/1401945074

check out the spectrum of consciousness here:

we can also start with small rituals which can then turn into habits. Once its a habit its automatic then we don't have to think about it. Like when we wake up we make up our bed or we just move out of bed. If we do that daily then after a certain point, it'll become automatic. They say it takes 21 days to build a habit. I'd say it takes longer but still its doable.

Always follow the path of least resistance. Our minds don't like change so take baby steps. we can get overwhelmed so think small instead of doing 20 pushups do one. Just one.

Everything is energy. Everything is vibrating with certain frequency. Your house also has a certain frequency, you bet it effects you. The stars, the planets, your environment, people you interact with, you can feel their vibe, you can sense it, all of this plays a role in your life.

You can start with your house. Upon waking, open windows, doors for fresh air. Buy a humidifier it really makes a difference. You're absorbing information like a spunge, 24/7. Its best to be aware of what you absorb. There's no need to watch a tragic movie, news when you're already feeling low. Same goes with people. Try to be with people who uplift you.

if its too much to change your diet, start with vitamins, supplements. HTP 5 is really good for depression with little to no side effects unlike SSRI. it'll produce serotonin.

Yoga is really good, pranayama, 5 tibetan rites, kriya yoga.

you can also start with affirmations. I've gone through this in other posts but it can really help. If you're really low then I won't do it as it'll feel meaningless when you're in that state of mind but if you're feeling okay you can use them to embed them into your subconscious mind. For more info you can read ''power of your subconscious mind and you can heal your life'' both are great books and more then enough.

another way is hypnosis. it bypasses your conscious/critical mind which says you're lying to yourself and straight goes to your subconscious mind. it has to be a good one. I've found many and know many so if you need it let me know.

the point of affirmations and hypnosis is to change your beliefs, your thought process. If you believe you're worthless then that's what you'll create and manifest for e.g you won't attract a mate because you believe you're worthless and if you do they'll treat you like one to mirror your experience ''of being worthless''

once the suggestion is imprinted into your subconscious mind then it changes everything. but we've 1000s of beliefs not just one so it might take time but it'll still work. you can start with a certain topic then move on to next and so on.

we also have sub personalities. so if one part of you is saying something to you, don't dismiss it. listen to it, it needs have not been met. try to understand where its coming from.

make a list of goals. what do you want? why do you want it? what do you value? Is it your goal? Your dream or someone else's? because if its done for wrong reasons even if we achieve it, we won't derive much pleasure from it.

I'd also explore wordly feeling vs soul feelings and be aware of it and move on to soul feelings. The more you do things which satisfies your soul, nourishes your soul, the more in alignment you're with your true self.

TRE: Trauma release exercises is really good to release trauma store in the body. We all have it.

here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FeUioDuJjFI&t=15s

Mantras can be really powerful. You can listen to them in the background if you don't have time to chant just believe in them, have faith, trust. I recommend this channel: https://www.youtube.com/user/nipunji

balancing chakras are really important but unfortunately most don't know how to open them or balance them. a lot of energy is stuck in the body, when you release tension from those parts, they'll open on its own. I remember when I opened my heart chakra I felt like I'm having a heart attack because it was closed for so long and I didn't even know about it. That's the thing, when you live a certain way that's all you know. you don't know anything beyond that.

Still for starters I''d recommend this:

if you wanna go in therapy then I recommend to find someone familiar with IFS. it works more than other basic therapies like cbt.

introduction: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DdZZ7sTX840

I also recommend Osho's dynamic meditation. Here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=C7TEjKE0Vuc

its a form of releasing even if you don't like osho that's fine but the meditation works wonders.

And it's so true!

I've been watching Upanishad Ganga (DD national) and the teachings, they are exactly what you tell us here.

What we think is real, is not real at all.

Exactly! There’s only one truth and it can be found almost anywhere. People who are not religious reach the same conclusion after getting enlightened and then share the truth in their own way.
