I don't understand one thing...aren't the doctors supposed to tell a family member if the patient stops taking medicine...which means he will have the capability to harm hmself because he is not thinking right..
I am not sure how this works with psychiatric treatments?
I know they are not supposed to divulge the patients records to anyone unauthorized...but if it becomes so bad that the patient can actually harm himself....do they not have the name of just one person who they can contact in case of emergency.....I am surprised that a patient stops taking medicine...is suffering from depression and the doctor does nothing..😕
All we know is that police found medicines in his house. His doctor could have diagnosed him for mild depression.... And in most of those cases all they give are anti anxiety pills and sleeping pills.
So there is no need to inform parents or family if he doesn't come for a session or doesn't take medicines. And very few doctors even care to make that effort
How serious was his condition "medically" we dont know. All this schizophrenia and bipolar stuff is coming from random people.
