I wonder what kind of a world am I in. So many years, I knew him as Manav of PR and later on what not I read worse about him in blinds and articles. Now seeing his posts in twitter, the experiences of interactions with several people r extremes in what was printed and what he was.

One thing for sure is Bwood is just not the right place for people like him. One just needs to butter up to a camp and get success served on a platter. Actors like Sushant die a thousand death in life and finally succumb to end it. How pathetic. How I wish he had continued with his passion in academics rather than fall for the mucky world of lowliness. Seeing his enthusiasm and passion for astro physics, I am still not able to digest he ended his life this way. There definitely seemed a quest in him for much more research and acquiring more knowledge.

After getting to know more and more about Sushant, I am feeling that he might be regretting coming to Bollywood leaving engineering and science as a whole, and on the other hand he genuinely loved the craft of acting. Maybe he was in a dilemma. Maybe he wanted to go back to science and research, but he was equally focused on acting. Maybe. Just maybe.

Its another bollywood only but less publicized and more sophisticated kind of targeting

Diff type of bullying goes on there

If he joined an IT company another type of bullying goes on there too after finishing PHD

It takes very strong minded people to take the constant bullying and bias that goes on i big institutes to last till they pass out or leave for another job

If you do not bend or join them same kind of bullying and targeting is there in every institution

Bollywood is just more visible thats all

Come on now.. that’s a bit too much by every stretch of imagination.

I agree, there is politics everywhere but it is nothing to the level of Bollywood and what makes it worse here is the visibility that Bollywood gets..

When Sushant was accused of me too, a lot of people got to know it.. and he couldn’t do anything substantial to clear his name, he even shared their chats but I don’t think those changed anyone’s opinion about him.

And also other professions have options, you can go to a different IIT, a different company or anything.. but there isn’t much option in bollywood.

Also, I would request you not to insinuate that Sushant was a weak minded person.. he worked in theatre, had a successful career in tv industry and made a terrific transition to Bollywood.. he must have faced these situations before as well. The issue is with the targeted bullying.. “I don’t want to work with you” is okay but “I’ll tarnish your reputation to such an extent that no one would want to work with you” or “I’ll sabotage your projects with others” is not!!!

Sushant was a lovely guy but there is no need to put others down.

I wasnt comparing, why Sushant is a great, there are countless post here, why Rishi & Sridevi are not, there are countless post about them here.

People like Sushant can never survived here, when even calling someone out is bad just because they have touches someone's heart? Im sure even Krk has done the same, though I dont like to compare both because im not sure if krk has raised his hand on his wife or at least i have seen him talking abt the poor not beer shops.

For the fraternity I have no hope, they are totally blinded with the fame, money, surname and oh yeah i used to dance on his song and watched his movie.

i saw a video where he said that if he was in a place where he wasn't getting film offers anymore he would do plays, if not plays then he would do something with engineering, and if he couldn't do something with enginerering then he would shoot short films with his own video camera. In that interview he seemed quite happy with doing other things if his film career didn't work out. He said as long as he was acting he was happy, so If he wasn't getting film offers then i'm sure he would have gotten some good offers for webseries or a good television deal. But i guess he was trapped in his own mind, thats what depression does to you, you don't think things are going to get better. I just wish someone was there to help sushant and tell him that life is worth living and there is so much more he can do

I just had a doctor come over my house for dinner with my family. He said that fact that people are out to get you releasing so many negative blinds only against you that are false itself can cause depression. Even if everything in you career is going great. After a while you start to believe there is something wrong with you that every must not like you. In reality is other people's own insecurities that make them try to harm others.

yes, i guess even if his career was going great the blinds could have been the thing that really effected him, some people are able to not let it effect them but others are not able to ignore the negativity and its really effects them. This whole blinds and rumour culture in the film industry is so damaging, it needs to stop, its the reason why i don't read blinds and i don't believe any rumours. These stars are human and they do not deserve to be put through this, i cannot even imagine the pressure of being in the film industry, especially when you don't have much support

Again if you are a celebrity some bad news will be published against you. BUT he was targerted more than others. It wasn't the only way he was targeted. I wouldn't say it was something weak about him or he wasn't strong enough. The way people ganged up on him was wrong and unethical. Anyone put in his shoes would at the very least be disappointed and think it is unfair. But there rumors about unfair contracts and being blacklisted. All of that combined would impact anyone in a negative way. IMHO
