This post isn't Bollywood related but I just thought to share a little bit of knowledge with regards to mental health. This is purely my opinion
In today's world we all know there is so much stress and most people are having these issues. It varies from individual to individual. Nowadays people talk about professional help and talking to people but in my opinion and experience it doesn't work. It's temporary relief. It surfaces again and again . Sometimes people don't even understand. Even professional don't understand.
I feel like the best solution is chakra meditation or chakra asana. We got to balance these chakra by doing these Asana everyday. Infact I feel this should be part of education system.
Most of issues arrise from four chakra that's root chakra sacral chakra solar chakra heart chakra .
There are so many issues part of us at subconscious level that we don't even know. Balancing these chakra will heal and transform us.
One more thing ( based on my experience) people going through ruminative thoughts which makes difficult for them. I would say chanting mantras any god u follow keep chanting them for minimum one hour a day. It will definitely slowly help u in dealing with such thought patterns.It will improvise ur condition.
