He didn't do much work after the breakup. And he has Shershah coming up which is a Dharma film. I'm sure Sid is aware of the fact that his acting prowess isn't too strong. He is a pretty boy. As long as he is getting work and making a decent living, he is good. And I don't think Sid is the worst unlike many but that isn't saying much because the likes of Varun and Arjun have set the bar so low that mediocrity is celebrated.

If you think just bc he's doing Shershaa under DP, He's still in K-camp then you could say that Sushant was in K-camp to cause he did Drive. That doesn't make any sense. The fact is that KJo doesn't care about him anymore otherwise he would have promoted Shershaa like a madman just like he does it for beti, damaad, Vicky etc

Sid isn't that bad. I don't think his acting is that bad either. He's definitely better than Arjun, ARK, and Varun on the whole.

And also, it's true he gets treated as an insider. Again because of KJO--who else? Though I have no doubt KJO will drop him like a hot potato soon since success is eluding him.

So I don't b/c Sid is a hit or a miss for me. He's good looking and def talented but there are certain roles where's not necessarily up to the mark.

But I can't say that for Varun so maybe this is a bad comparison. Varun is very versatile in comparison.

If anything, I feel bad for someone like Vikrant Massey vs the number of chances Arjun Kapoor gets

Feel bad for Rajkumar Rao; who after a few flop films is barely talked about anymore

Feel bad for John Abraham who took his career into his own hands but barely gets any credit for anything

Feel bad for Shraddha Kapoor, whose hits are undermined and whose success is always suppressed.

Feel bad for Tara, who has all then qualities to be a top star but is barely getting work because of nepo veto’s

Feel bad for Taapsee who despite giving us Badla and a strong act in Thappad - is barely acknowledged.

Feel bad for Vikrant Massey, Randeep Hooda, Richa Chaddha, and other talented actors who are still not recognized by the public
