I guess he wants IT cell to notice that he follows Modi. It would not be noticeable within hundreds of names. They are targeting him right now. These hate campaigns against celebs always have IT Cell leading them and then others join in.

Yesterday I was confused why Kangu rani suddenly went after Gully Boy but it turned out it's a current IT Cell campaign. Their big accounts have been posting viral tweets about how evil Gully Boy stole the rightful attention from Kesari. I have no idea how they came up with those names to compare and I'm pretty sure they didn't realize Kesari is Karan Johar's movie. They are not smart people but they are effective in their pathetic campaigns.
