bollywood stars should stop pursuing Hollywood?

their obsession with Hollywood is cringeworthy especially when most of them lack the ability to assimilate and adapt to a new industry like Hollywood.

I always felt bollywood has a inferiority complex in regards to the west. Yes bollywood and it’s appeal is not as vast. There stars don’t appeal to many beyond indians if you ask me barring someone like Priyanka who was able to assimilate pretty well to the culture. In the recent past, Tara sutaria auditioning for Aladdin and almost getting it is the sort of “big” thing that was worthy for her to transition in hw ( big props to her that’s a big deal).

I just don’t think hw should be a radar for them

Unless they are getting huge opportunities off the bat. Because the likelihood of them making an impact just by trying is close to none.
