Deepika in Piku or Kangana in Queen? - Page 2

I just watched Queen for the first time 3 days ago. I have gotta give it to Kangana; she nailed the part of the shy meek girl. Deepika's Piku was a great character but not that challenging to play IMO.

However, I prefer Piku as a movie over Queen anyday.

Kangana in Queen. That role and movie is such a classic now.

Piku was sweet, but its not memorable in the way Queen is and how ppl talk about Queen etc.

I love both movies.

As a movie, Piku is better for me but performance-wise Kangana nailed it.

She brought the vulnerability, helplessness to slowly developing confidence, that was that innocence.

Piku, Deepika did well but Piku the movie belonged to Irrfan Khan and Big B.

Queen is a great movie, and as much as I love Deepika, Kangana is the better actress tbh…

But I've got to say looking back Piku was a way more realistic character, I mean does anyone else feel like Rani's innocence in Queen was a little over done?? I mean she was supposed to be an educated young girl living in a city like Delhi in this generation... the way she acted made it look like she was from a small village or something, or a totally different time period...

What a joke!

Of course Kangana in Queen.
