This loser is the son of a bollywood director who failed to make it because of his lack of talent and luck. If you ever had the good fortune to watch the masterpiece Jaani Dushman ek anokhi kahani he was in it. His dad wrote, directed and produced the movie for his talentless son.

Armaan has a history of losing his temper after getting drunk from what I remember. He got drunk once and beat up his girlfriend then disappeared after the incident. He was arrested eventually. Bigg boss gets its share of nasty characters, he was one of them in my opinion. He was arrested during Bigg Boss as well because one of the contestant (who was recently arrested herself for being a whackjob) reported to the police he was physical with her during a task. They saw the tape and took him in. I can let that pass since everyone gets physical in bigg boss. After BB Armaan said he was "playing" a villain in bigg boss because it was his audition for bollywood. Sallu who has an eye for the greatest talent must have been super impressed, because he did hire him afterward to play villain in Prem ratan. Sallu also supported him in BB. That was the year there was a lot of backlash against Salman. It was Salman/Tanisha(kajol's sister who hooked up with Armaan in the house and embarrassed her family)/Armaan vs Gauhar Khan/her hook up Kushal (who was also a mess of his own).
