Depends on when Corona bids adieu.

Hoping things will get back to normal by July/August. If it takes too long then more people will lose their jobs and their sing power. Then watching films in the theatre would anyways be the last thing on their mind.

It's a very difficult time for theatre/multiplex owners. They were already not making that much money, and suddenly for 3 months they won't be selling a single ticket.

And looks like this Covid-19 isn't going away for a year at least, so even if the lockdowns are lifted, people would be very cautious and would avoid public places the most, which includes cinemas, restaurants, etc. A lot of these multiplex chains or theatres would go bankrupt, unfortunately.

Slowly a lot of movies would start directly releasing on Prime or Netflix, because it just doesn't make sense to keep stalling the movie release. Only the bigger movies would choose to wait.
