Who has yet to show their full potential as an actor/actress?

Who do you think can really be outstanding with correct films/role on their forefront. Sometimes acting talent gets unnoticed because they are not offered the right opportunities, have not been able to show what they are capable of for completely various reasons, or just have yet to do varied performances in their career.

someone like Parineeti who is talented but has yet to fully show what she can do. Also Yami..as shown in Bala that she clearly has some acting talent and Sonakshi as seen in some performances like Lootera.

Parineeti is the most UNDERRATED talent we have. She has that elusive X-factor, she has charm, she has screen presence and can act the pants off everyone!

Add Ileana to the list too--she is literally a powerhouse of talent.
