That WHO general tagged a mixed-nationality list of names.. she did the same.. big deal! It's not like Corona is some national issue, it is affecting everyone on a global scale anyway

As a health personel I can say for matter o fact she missed out many steps in hand washing

Why is she wearing a mask and washing her hand? Unless you are taking care of a infected person at home, I don't think you wear it at home.

Also pani save karne ke chakar Mein she didn't clear up the lather in the wash basin after she washed her hands. There was lather in the the wash basin while she switched of the tap. Maybe the reaming 4 seconds are for that.
