I don’t know what’s wrong with the government. This much high taxes isn’t enough that they want to raise more and more. NYers pay up to 50%-60% when one adds all the taxes. But of course, that’s not enough. I used to be naive in 2016 because I didn’t have experience in work and taxes, so I supported Sanders. But now I know better.

I wasn't fully convinced with Sanders policies last time. Democrats are so dusted.. Trump had an easy win... And I feel nothing have changed atm. No worthy opponent unless they select Tulsi Gabbard. Although she is also running out of fuel kab Tak ek hi topic pe fight karegi. She needs to be transparent about her other policies as well.

Yup. They research about a specific area of interest in the market for the client. 😆 Client hires the firms, firms send their top billed consultants over to get the job done. Basically the more tools and practices you know the better your chances in market research. And Ofcourse tons and tons of experience. Am already at the senior level in my 20s because am primarily a data scientist too along with being market research consultant so I bring in triple the expertise.

I was reading some answers on quora on how to first research the market to see the demand for it than to start business on any idea where there wouldn’t be any demand for it no matter how great the idea is. So I was wondering about market research. Thanks for letting me know. Date science is so interesting and useful. Date science and market research do compliment with one another for the job.

I don’t much like tulsi either as I find her too conservative. But I don’t know much about her either so not sure. But I didn’t like how Clinton attacked her. At the the moment, Joe is the only one tolerable for me as he’s moderate. But I don’t support some of his policies like supporting Israel and not legalizing marijuana. So he’s not that great either. But I would rather have him than socialists like Senders and Warren. I wish joe was more enthusiastic and energetic though in the debates, etc.

What's a very high paying job in terms of #s in India atm?! .... IT was huge back when I was in India esp when you worked at likes of Google and all!

In STEM fields, salaries aren't extraordinary but it also depends on the experience and career trajectory. For entry level, a smart graduate from an elite college would be earning around 10k-20k pa as starting salary, which is fine in India but pretty less compared to the salaries in developed countries. 4 years ago when I graduated, Google/Microsoft/Amazon/Adobe was paying similar compensation to recent graduates as software engineers. Consultants and data analysts get paid the same amount on average. There are exceptions of course. Core engineering companies usually pay even lower. The very high paying STEM entry level jobs are those of quant researchers/traders in trading firms, they can get paid around 25k-50k and on top of that bonus, that in good times can even exceed the salary.

TFS! I am not in the field so information helps since sister is deciding on her career option atm ... If you're aware what other fields have some of the highest paying jobs?!

[ETA .... In US IT jobs starting salary is around 70 to 80K per yr which is very good for the standard]
