Watching old movies in theatres?

Have you watched old movies in theatres? In my city there was a theatre which used to screen old movies. I think it was really a treat for true movie lovers in the age when Netflix and Amazon didn't exist. That theatre is closed now. I don't know if such theatres exist anymore or not.

Wow that was good I wish they would show 1 old movie each week at the cinemas that would be cool

My dad always tells me how back in his college days, the cinema halls used to show one old film per day. They were usually classics, very successful films.. him and friends would always go to watch them. and now with all the number of cinema halls, the technology, and ever present cinema lovers, they don't do it 😔

I've heard of film clubs here, but I wish theater's screened old classics. Whenever I watch some beautiful popular older movies, I always wonder what it'd feel like to experience it in a large screen cinema hall.

I would love that ... wish they would do it ... Out in the west chances are slim for old Indian movies ...but India can do it fosho like how DDLJ played for years ... they can do the same except keep changing the movies .... it would be quite fun to watch old movies in theater!
