All professions deserve equal respect. Our society wouldn't function without any of these professions. But as I'm a medical student, I'm biased. That's why voted for doctor😊

We live in a life of uncertainty. Honestly when I got an MBBS seat I thought my life would be set. But I was wrong. Infact there's even more struggle in MBBS than the pre med times. After MBBS,comes PG prep, then three years of PG, then superspeciality. It's a never ending journey. It's not true that doctors just supervise the patient and it is the nurses who actually look after the patient. Atleast in our hospital. Not true. Some first year PGs literally work straight 48 hrs without break. They even take out time to study too in between, plus they also take out time to teach us undergraduates. They work so hard. One of our PGs was even diagnosed with MDR TB because of the long working hrs in TB ward. The doctors who just supervise are generally head of their respective departments. So it's unfair to say that doctors just supervise

I personally think Spies deserve the most respect, even more than soldiers as that's exactly what they don't get. They risk their lives for the country but get no recognition or honour for that.

Also I'm sorry for not including nurses, garbage pickers and even scientists in the poll, as they too are important for development of society.

1.doctor, Soldier, Farmer, Teacher should be number 1

Teacher/Research. Imagine the number of innovations.

In the list you mentioned , you gave options like soldier, police officer, Doctor,etc. Among them the least praise and honour is given to farmer. They deserve so much but get so little.

All are equally important for the betterment of society.

All should be paid well, but in Indian economy, wealth is not equally distributed.That is why rich very rich and poor very poor.

Still in every society, doctors job is well respected.
