Is Prabhas Overrated ?

I don’t know much about him but - seeing him in Saaho for the first time. I can’t see the appeal? He isn’t good looking, looks bloated and looks like he’s sleep walking? Why is he famous again? What exactly is he good for ?

Even in his interviews he keeps proudly saying he is lazy as if it’s a good thing. Is he someone’s son too by any chance?

Poor Shraddha has another dud on her hands cuz of him

It got bad to mixed reviews, but that doesn't mean it didn't open big.

Yes it might eventually flop/underperform kinda like Race3/TOH, but that would because movie seems bad from reviews and public reaction, not Prabhas didn't get people to the theatre. And that despite Sahoo's many shows getting cancelled across the country because the proper prints for the respective screens didn't reached on time. So many theatres will be opening Sahoo today as first day. Otherwise Hindi collections on day one would have easily crossed 30 crores.

Just like other north indians, I also knew nothing about prabhas until bahubali happened.. Its because of bahubali, i' ve watched prabhas's other Telugu movies.. If anyone has doubt abt his acting skill/talent, they must watch 'Mirchi.. 'chhatrapati' for the start.. He has given his best even in stereo typed story..

He is not overrated but the truth is he doesn't fit for bollywood industry.. In the past too, a number of super stars from south have tried to break into bollywood, but most of them faltered. Saho would do good collection coz of Prabha's pan india craze/appeal, but i dont think he would be able to succeed in bollywood like tollywood ever..

Yes he is.
