The one you posted is the original one (or to say the popularized one). Surinder Kaur was from Lahore who came to India after partition. But she was born and brought up there and then started her singing career in Punjab after independence. So most of all the punjabi folk songs that are made into BW remixes these days are originally folk songs that originated in the Punjab region before independence but now is a part of Pakistan. So when you try to check the original of these remixed tracks you will find they are all sung by old Pakistan based singers.
