I agree, I don’t get the hate towards him. He is not superb but he is definitely decent and can be good if he stays away from action/macho movies. People are acting as if BW’s benchmark was the same calibre as Hollywood’s.

My ranking in terms of worst:

Arjun

Sid

Tiger

Varun

Onscreen acting wise...Tiger

onscreen lookwise...Arjun and Ranveer,

Offscreen behaviour...no one beats Ranveer,

Nah. He ain't the worst. He isn't great or even really good but he was decent in the films I have seen him in with the exception of SOTY. I've watched Ek Villain, Hasee Toh Phasee, Kapoor & Sons, and even A Gentleman..He was decent in all of them. Yeah he doesn't have star power or a star personality so he won't be a "star", but when you have Arjun Kapoor still getting top banner films with only 1 decent performance in his career in Ishaaqzaade, which was his first film, you can't tell me that Sid is worse.

Arjun was fine is Ishaqzaade and then just I cant explain what happened to the guy!

The reason Arjun was good in Ishaqzaade is because of the director, Habib Faisal only. Habib was not impressed with Arjun's acting skills at all but he agreed to take Arjun because of Aditya Chopra's insistence. Habib held a lot of workshops and prep session to help Arjun. Despite all the extra help he got it was Pari who stole the show and got the rave reviews and the NA mention.

Akshay kumar. He is a one trick pony.

Arjun definitely. I liked Sid in Kapoor and Sons too. Tiger also has something going for him.

Arjun is just worst. Why is he still getting films?

I liked Varun in Badlapur and October...

Arjun was so earthy and raw in Ishaqzaade... Had a lot of expectations from him then... Might be an unpopular opinion, but I also found him pretty good in Aurangzeb...

With regards to Sid, he might not be the best, but there are moments/movies where he can do good. I preferred him better than Akshay in Brothers... He did not speak much (probably not at all), but still, his eyes did all the talking... He was decent in Ek Villian and I also liked him in Kapoor and Sons... The thing is despite being a limited actor, he, at least tries to come out of his comfort zone and try serious stuff like Kapoor and Sons.

Tiger's USPs are action and dance. So he does either one or both of them in each of his movies. He fights and dances but I am yet to see him act or at least try to act.

So, Tiger, Sid, Arjun and Varun, in that order.

Siddharth Malhotra. He can't act, can't dance, can't do action scenes properly. He is a combo of no- talent but still he gets movies one by one.

To SM, please stop acting and give us relive.
