Fatima and Sania were the female leads of Dangal just as Aamir was the male lead. Sakshi Tanwar was a suporting actress. Also, you don't have to "gain" something always by being a strong female lead. What did Kajol gain by having a strong role in Fanaa?

Could Amir have given Fatima’s role to Deepika and accepted her dad’s role?

What did Kareena gain from Talaash & Anushka from PK, Jiya/Asin from Ghazini? (Asin was popular in South. People cheered her for her Bollywood entry. But she did not gain much. Just like Gracy Singh, she could not establish herself).

Fatima, Sanya, Zaira weren't female leads but Jiah was?😂

Kareena got diversification in her otherwise OTT filmography and got much appreciation for her role. What more should be offered? She was already established.

Even Jiah got a good platform after Ghajni, it's their mistake for not capitalizing on it better.

It's not Aamir's mistake that after a blockbuster hit which skyrocketed her popularity and credibility, Asin went on to star in trash movies like London Dreams, Houseful 2, Khiladi 786 alongside Akshay and Salman.

The job of establishing is of their own. I thought we were talking about what Aamir offers to female leads in his movies?

I know where you're going with this but the bigger question is that would DP be willing to do it? 😆 Deepika can't act and isn't suitable for the role 😆.... just imagining her in this role gives me nightmares... please spare me. Fatima's performance was brilliant, DP hasn't acted that much in her entire career. 😆

That was much later. He may not like her now post TOH but during casting he did like her. Did he have any issues with her during D3?

Lol!! Ya his girlfriend, wife, partner in movies did not have any significant role in his movies post Raja Hindustani except Fanaa. Except I don’t know why DP would want to play his romantic interest...aadmi uska baap ka age hai lol!!

None of AK’s films were romantic films or couple oriented films post RH. So I don’t get the complaint by others when Bebo, Anu, Fatima, Zaira had big roles in Talaash, PK, Dangal, Secret Superstar respectively. The only role DP could have done is the PK one. Even Juhi was saying the same that there were no such roles for her to play in AK’s movies so how can they work together! The only suitable role I can think of is Fanaa! So really.
