Vikram Chatterjee is a Bengali actor, he does mainly commercial tv soaps, but starred in few Bengali movies as well. He is a regional actor, not really of so much importance that Kangoli needed to threaten him. I doubt that Vikram himself anticipated any attention from Kangoli. But well.... Kangoli is.... Wait till she targets your favorite SRK. I think she already did long back when she took a dig at how he gets checked by US security. Nobody important will ever reply to Kangoli. It would be like shooting yourself in the foot. These two have no shame and no limits that they won't cross. They would insult people's family members and hit out at genuine sore points because they want to hurt others as much as possible. Normal people have some limits even when they're fighting with someone. The Kangoli team don't.

It's better to treat them like pesky flies and swat them away. That is what bothers them the most. Just ignore and avoid their antics.
