Kabir Singh has grossed around 25.50 crore nett apprx on Sunday for a huge weekend of around 68 crore nett. The Sunday figures may well be the best of the year as Bharat had business in the same range and if the final figures of Kabir Singh could turn out to be the top Sunday of the year.

The weekend business will also be among the top twenty weekends of all time and if we take top non holiday weekends then Kabir Singh could make a place for itself in the top ten. It is the highest solo Shahid Kapoor grosser already in three days.

The film should hold well on Monday as although the growth is not huge over the weekend it is mainly due to the high numbers on the opening day. the screenings in peak hours are doing high occupancy all over. There are not many films that have done double digit numbers on Monday with normal weekday ticket rates and a normal Monday drop will take this film there though obviously the hope will be it trends better than the normal Monday drop.

I won't be surprised if it heads towards 200cr, after looking at the way the collection is getting increased...

Unbelievable.I never thought this film will even get a hit tag.Good for the people related to the movie.M sure the movie deserves it all.

Good for Shahid.. The thing is when you go to a theatre thinking you'll learn something from a film or the film is sending bad message you are as much in trouble as those who thinks it's okay to latkao themselves with rope coz their favourite actor did that.

While it's enjoyable to watch hot,angry young man characters onscreen, irl, girls anyway would stay 100 km away from them & who acts like those chichoras after getting inspired by a film character, (aise hi bhare pade huye hai) we all know how people dislike them in general.

I don't understand when people start moral policing over a film. Dekhna hai dekho otherwise we have such good option "maat dekho".

They are actors, trying to portray different shade of human chars,not inspiring you to be a moron.

A similar film like Aashiqui 2 did 18 cr weekend and 79 cr lifetime. So how much will Kabir Singh do? Do the math

Apart from misogyn y, he was a alcoholic, drug abuser, tobacco abuser, physically abuses males too and most importantly suffered from mental issues, and the movie portrayed a mental patient suffering from anger management issues as a violent asshole.

Log aajkal are so agenda driven, sirf ek issue ke baare mai sochna hai, dusro issue bhaad mai jaye. Shame on this country, ek taraf hum jaise misogynistic, alcohol loving, drug encouraging, smoke encouraging, violence loving and mental patient insulting assholes who made this movie hit, aur ek taraf selfish bunch who only thinking about one issue, while ignoring others because it doesn't suit the current agendas. Chee disgusting country filled with disgusting bunch.

I'm looking forward to watching this film. Shahid is a good actor so you can expect a great performance

My comment is actually taking dig at people who are behaving as if Kabir Singh is the torch bearer of misogyny and blaming the movie.
