People are so desperate for gossip that they believe any and everything. The juiciest stuff is usually the fakest.

What mother do you think is going to pretend her real biological child is adopted? Why would she scar her child mentally in this way? People need to think logically sometimes.

Sush is too independent to hide a pregnancy and do all this fakeness anyway. She might not tell who the father is but she would own up to her child.

Agreed...Sush is the same woman who at 18 told the world, "I like having sex!" so just imagine if she was pregnant she would not have hidden it! Besides all this time she has been living in with her many boyfriends and she never hid that fact either.

A quick Google search shows Renee was born in September 1999. That would mean "Sushmita got pregnant" in December 1998. Another quick Wikipedia search shows that Sushmita had 3 films released in the summer of 1999 including Sirf Tum which had the infamous song "Dilbar". Those films would have been shot in the EXACT same time as the so-called pregnancy. It is the most stupidest rumour I've ever heard because it's so easily debunk-able. From which angle did she look 6 months pregnant in Biwi No. 1 dancing with Salman Khan playing a supermodel????

Till mid 2000s BW movies used to take at least 2 years to be made. 3 or 4 if delayed. And those days actresses ofter used to go for 3 month long vacations in North America/Australi...So, it's not implausible to hide ones baby bump for 3-4 months. It is similar to American TV actresses having babies during their long running shows without showing baby bump on the show.

You can easily hide pregnancy for 6 months and I know that from experience. Most women put on weight in the last trimester. So if she did deliver, it would've been easy to hide.

What is main purpose of this post?

Bash Shushmita indirectly in garb of so called pregnancy because she adopted the girl when she was very young? Even if somehow she managed to hide the pregnancy atleast she is bringing up her daughter. She also adopted another girl. So intentions are not malicious.

She is awesome single mom of two daughters. That itself is badass. So for me atleast it doesn't matter that Renee is her biological child or not. She will always be her mother.

If i remember correctly, sushmita had gained weight towards the end of 2008/2009 and it was in the news a lot.

Your timings are off slightly. Movies from circa 1990-1997 would take 2-3 years. By 1999/2000 the majority of films had a 1-year turnaround from principal photography to release.

Another thing: during that time period, song videos used to be shot right at the END. In fact when most films started shooting, the soundtrack album wasn't even complete if even started at all. Part of the reason for this was that, like you said, most films would be delayed so the producers waited until the shooting was complete, to then add the songs (to keep up to date with latest trends in music).

Which reinforces my calculation that Sushmita shot "Dilbar" / "Chunari" etc most likely in April-June 1999. Which would make her 4-6 months pregnant. And clearly we can see through the video footage that this was absolutely not the case.

Bollywood music videos are shot over 2 LONG days. The call-time is super duper early and it's always a late finish. Had she been pregnant, at least 1 of the 250+ people on set would have recognised it. No such thing happened. I've astonished myself the need to even spell this out, it's the crappiest rumour I've heard in years.
