Definitely her dialogues will be dubbed.

Rajamouli is a perfectionist. .and in his films..the actresses who are much proficient in telugu also get their lines dubbed (samantha -eega ,kajal agarwal -magadheera, anushka shetty -bahubali. )

P.S still can't figure out why would rajamouli give an important female role to aloo of all persons..that too after finalising keerthy suresh. .who is definitely much better than alia.

Have a feeling it's going to be a flowerpot role like how tamannah had in bahubali1.

Rajamouli knows to hand out roles to actors EXACTLY according to their calibre.

oh, so Alia is learning Telugu just so that during shooting time she will not get the lip and mouth movement wrong.
I think that is an okay thing, although respect Sai even more, she did her own dubbing in Fidaa.
