Karthik is no crowd puller. Movie did good because of content.

She is way better than Alia, sure and i like her but Madhuri is the only complete actress.

When he delivers more movies like Luka Chuppi ( not just B movies ) and gets established .. I would say Kriti is marginally ahead of him in that department .. So unlike u I cannot credit Karthik for being the "star" & "crowd puller" for LC's opening .. I will credit it equally between Karthik , Kriti & the trailer/promotions .. They are both outsiders , so they will have the goodwill but let's not hype up just to fall down .. You said the same for Kriti but I think it applies to Karthik now ..

It doesn't apply the same with Kriti and Karthik. Because unlike Kriti, Karthik is at better position. With him in a certain image, will bring in crowds. When I say box office pull, it doesn't mean he is already in the level of Rans and Varuns of the world, but when compared to Kriti he is a bigger pull in this movie.
Because the original poster whom I quoted was crediting this movie's opening to Kriti while comparing it with Alia factor in Raazi's opening.
While Karthik is in the most popular phase of his life, whether being linked with Sara or being hyped in social media as national crush. Not to forget people now want to see more of him post SKTKS, which actually was a hit both in theaters and television. See the thing is simple, Luka Chuppi's opening credit is more to Karthik than Kriti.
