I feel like he dislikes all the outsiders who make it big. this includes deepika, priyanka, ranveer

he was so rude to ayushmann and kriti on kwk

like his ego gets hurt when a star kid is not getting all the attention

he likes anyone who is successful, if they r not successful he doesn't really pay attention to them, but it seems now he has certain actors that he considers 'dharma talents' and kjo will keep supporting them, like alia, varun, sid, vicky, kiara, ishaan, jhanvi, and now tara and ananya

He has or is working with these people as a director/producer.

I dont think he would work with people he doesnt like

Nah, he works with anyone that makes him $$$$. But he will discard people faster if they're not in his inner circle.

Shraddha Ajay D Salman Akshay- The first was the only credible threat to Alia during debut , the latter three I believe genuinely make him uncomfortable and call him out openly but he doesn't have the guts to really say anything back
