Alia used to look like Kareena more earlier. These days after the works she has done to her face she looks like Madhuri from certain angle.. She changed her facial structure. Its ajeeb mishmash of Soni, Madhuri and Kareena

However, I do see similarities between Kareena and Alia's acting. Maybe Alia unconsciously apes her idol. Nothing wrong in that though. We all tend to follow our idols in some ways. 😆
