I don't blindly defend them. I do call them out when they are wrong or just don't say anything to defend them just because they are my fave .. Only defend when I think they are wrongly being dragged or bashed for the wrong reason.. Also when the comments are personal opinions of the commentor about my faves I do tend to let go unless something they wrote were factually wrong or just made up out-right lies to malign my faves.

As true fan I feel we should accept our favorites as they are with their good and bad points. Nobody is perfect. But here I see fan groups always treating their favorites as Pure Souls or God who can do no wrong. 😲

I personally don't prefer to defend my favorites when it comes to their personal lives.
