Not normal to you! I don't see any thing wrongg with what he said or the fact that he shares it with his parents. I find it admirable that the line of communication is so open that he can talk about that with his parents.

Were those the exact words? If so, this idea that I did it is so disrespectful to the partner. It's ok to have sex. It's also ok to tell your parents you have had sex. But this thinking "I did it today" or in western culture "scoring chicks" just shows a lack of respect for the partner.
