He chose to be a public figure, he chose to go on Karan's show. He is responsible for his words.

Ermm.. they're not criminals, having a fast lifestyle is not criminal, and being open about it, is not criminal. What crime did they commit? nothing.

Not normal for anyone with normal approach. It is outrageous. What is the need inform his parents that he had sex?

Even Karan said that.

Discussions or clarifications with parents about issues or myths or doubts about sex is ok but boasting, bragging or showing off is not. This is what Pandya was doing and yes worse is pointing off to parents the girls you had sex with is definitely not cool.

He pointed who he had been with. What's sooo taboo about that to the point you can't talk about it with your parents. These people brought you up, arent they the best people to whom you can confide and talk about your life?

But maybe it's cultural. I'm not indian, and maybe that is why I'm not understanding your point of view.
Here, what he did is not abnormal.
Dating, seeing, relationships are not a taboo topic with your parents.

To be honest I'm a bit gobsmacked. For example, even though my mom is quite conservative, my brothers have no qualms about talking about who they have been with with her...

They are taboo topics in India. But, I honestly thought things were changing with the younger generation. Clearly not.

The racial/misogyny bit is still understandable as different people view things differently (I have made my views clear on this), but I have no idea why he is being bashed for something that was strictly between him and his parents. If they don't have a problem, why do the others care?

Were those the exact words? If so, this idea that I did it is so disrespectful to the partner. It's ok to have sex. It's also ok to tell your parents you have had sex. But this thinking "I did it today" or in western culture "scoring chicks" just shows a lack of respect for the partner.

Generally, many men think having sexual intercourse with a woman is some kind of an achievement. Let's start scoring men and put it on our list...iski li uski li...once you start doing that wait till you get called a "wh**e" LOL!

On a side note, why is that men takes and women receives? Women take the men inside no? He is the one who receives pleasure from it! So there is nothing to take or receive! Both genders suffer from this thinking. Women suffer the most!

You think girls don't talk casually about men in this way? they do all the time. Most people who hookup don't really care about the partner they had sex with, the objective is to have sex and move on. This is what hookup culture is all about.

This is not casual talk. This is disrespectful talk. If women are talking like this about the partners they are hooking up with, that's not respectful either. One does not need to care about the hook up to be respectful. You slept with someone. OK. Big deal. So why blow a horn about it anyways if it's not that meaningful to you?

Did he mention anyone's names? no, so he didn't disrespect anyone.

I am puzzled by people's reactions, what do you think KWK is about? people watch the show to peer into celebrity sex life, industry gossip, masala and scandalous stories, that exactly what the audience wants, not for bhajans and kirtans, and when a guy gives it to you unfiltered, everyone has a meltdown. 😆

Absolutely Disgusting and uncouth this Hardhik Pandya is. Sorry but his body language and demeanor looks cheap. They have certain responsibility being public figures but here fame has gone to their heads. It's fine being in your personal space but why mouth it on public platform to look cool. Dumb 😲

Calm down, no need to get so aggressive.
Normal is what majority accepts and follows. It's like the norms of society.
Details of his escapade? Eeww 🤢 that's outright creepy and definitely whoever does it needs therapy. Sex is private, no matter what. Talking and boasting are different. What Hardik did is repulsive. He said trying to be done cool dude Casanova but came out as soon sexist and petty minded.

No it's not cultural, in no cultural will a guy go and tell his parents hey I had sex. That's creepy. Not required.
It's good enough to say I was with a girl.
Isn't privacy important to Pandya?

KJo lives quite a flamboyant life and if he was scandalized then it is.

Besides why disrespect the girls by pointing out that he had one night stands with them? What purpose did that serve?
Nothing. It's disgusting.

The so called Casanova's also don't do this

Rightly punished and dropped from Australia series.

Well, after i stated that what was not normal to you might be normal to someone else in a first post you came back and stated "Not normal for anyone with normal approach"

In light of you pontificating your point, I asked a simple question.: are you the one who decides what normal is? I also provided my own experience as an example to illustrate that what seems abnormal to you is normal to me and put the said difference in point of views on cultural background.

At no point was I being aggressive but if that's how your perceived my post I sincerely appologize it was not my intent.

Bold: let's just agree to disagree.

To think Elli Avram and Esha Gupta are behind this "douchebag" is even more patheitc.
I hope they re-gain their senses esp after watching KWK and his comments on not asking for a name
