That was the only setbacks in all her movies. And she's faring much well than the actors and actresses in her generations. People are allowed setbacks in life. Just because that one didn't do well and becomes a box office failure doesn't take away the fact that she is a very talented actress.

In fact Alia has potential enough and I will happy if she bags more and more role that's outside of Kjo's production. She is talented no doubt.

Of course she got a lot of access because of Karan Johar. I mean she wouldn't be in world economic forum if Karan Johar was not the moderator of that particular panel for India. But, just because KJo favors her does not mean she is not talented.

She's not talented, She can only do scenes where she has to cry otherwise she's pretty average and on top of that she's quite annoying too offscreen

She has done a lot of shows in many different genres. If she's not talented then many of her films will not be box office success.

Of course her family background and Karan Johar's support and promotion opens a lot of door for her. That's the access that those who do not come from film family might not have. Doesn't mean that she's not talented though.

I would love to see Alia Bhatt in an SLB directed movie.
