ok so a bit of an update about wats going on, the government circular of the new GST rates has not arrived yet but it is expected at midnight, because the new rates haven't arrived the theatres cannot open bookings yet, because if they let people book at old rates they wud get penalised, and they cannot sell the tickets at the new rates until the circular arrives
