Abhishek can never pull off a Koi Mil Gaya, Akbar, Krrish, Kaabil, Agneepath nor the Cool Thief acts. And he has tried the Super Hero genre with Drona, played Prince in Umrao Jaan. But, see how he acts. He is too lethargic to even change his body language to suit the role. Even the walk was the same in Umrao Jaan like any of his other modern day films. He does not want to hit the gym when even SRK got into shape. to suit the Action films. And in films like Raavan, Manmarziyaan n others, all he did was stare expressionless. Compare his acting to Vikram in Tamil version of Raavan to see the difference.
Yes, he is good at Comedy as seen in Dostana and Bunty Bubli. But, the only film where I felt he really showed some effort to live the character was Guru. He is definitely more Talented than Arjun Kapoor or Sidharth Malhotra though. But, needs to put in more effort. He is way too casual.
