Doesnt mean they aren't problematic. The morality and ethics when it comes to being creepy and making sexual passes is pretty black and white. There is no grey area there. So regardless of whatever relationship two people share a sexual pass at a workplace is a sexual pass. Either people can turn a blind eye to it because they are used to it or they are plain naive. If its the latter which I hope it is, one needs to get more aware of it. Normalising stuff like this is insane. Its not even debatable.

And like I said, things are very black and white in the real world regarding this. And problematic things like sexual passes will be problematic nomatter how one tries to spin it. Women and even men take it, get used to it. It doesn't become less problematic. It will ALWAYS be problematic to throw sexual passes at workplace. The consensuality of bedroom dynamics and powerplay is the only grey area sexually but ethics at workplace arent. If women watching this felt uncomfortable there's a reason why. Try listening to them rather defending the man. I have nothing else to add. This should have been an open and shut case. The benefit of doubt given to men in these cases is so appalling. And more so when the evidence is right infront of us.
