Why so most of the girls who do plastic surgery, especially whose surgery isn't flattering have same look??

Who is that ideal face/features that they all wanted to have?

lol.
But there must be someone all these wanna be.
Maybe combos like Lips of Jolie, cheeks of ZYZ, jaws of ABC and so on😆, and end up being MJ.

It's not like they want to look like a certain person, but more like they have a certain prototype in mind (beauty standards) - such as straight nose without bumps, full lips, arched eyebrows, fairer skin, etc. And some of the other features are side-effects of (bad) surgery - such as unrealistically tight skin, immovable facial muscles, odd look in certain expressions, etc.

Obviously they don't want to become a clone of another person. They just want ideal features that society has declared beautiful. Narrow and sharp nose, high cheek bones, plump and pouty lips, no wrinkles or saggy skin...

Doctors are not God or the Field or wherever it is human faces are designed. And neither are they artists or painters. So they cant envisage a new beautiful face or correct flaws to make something totally new.
They use the same template and also clients ask for the same-big lips, straight nose, hooded eyes ,usually oval shaped face etc.
That's why eventually all the faces start looking the same.

The thing is there are probably plenty of women in Bollywood and the star wives circle who do have surgery but we can't tell. Plastic surgery is only noticible if things go bad so it's a risk they're willing to take to hide wrinkles etc.
Ps: Hema Malini is a good example. She's had stuff done (you can tell by her cheeks) but everyone praises her for getting old gracefully.

Because there's a difference between plastic and skin..

Our faces change in a very nuanced way with mood, health, time of the month, sleep, stress, age and perhaps some deeper subconcious factors we cannot fathom and so on.. and that reflects in our face because skin allows for such change/s to reflect on our face... but plastic isn't that way, it will remain a plastic and not be influenced by myriad factors that affect how we look in very subtle ways - but in ways that help each of us retain our own identity.

And most people go after ideals they hold as their definition of beauty, which is more or less the same..

What I mean to say is, the way we look, and what gives each of us an identity isn't merely affected by the physical contour of our facial features that can be tweaked by surgery, but other internal and external (long-standing and short-term) factors that can find expression in subtle subtle ways only through the skin, but fail to do so through plastic(or any other material that isn't our own skin). That aspect makes quite a difference.
