Having a dream to become a director doesn't mean you'll succeed. He tried producing once and that didn't work out very well. If Alia's box office run remains this good then she will be very good for Ranbir because he'll have a box office draw for all his directorial ventures. But even that's a big IF because I think it's inevitable that she will give flops and go through a bad phase.

Ranbir couldn't do much for himself before Sanju, what can he do for Alia ?? 😆

Kjo is the main puppet dancer in her life, he is making it possible for her... Scripting her life, in a way... Getting movies, getting love life... Keeping her in news... Etc

OT : over exposure will bring her flops one day. But kjo will still shove her down our throats.

i think she will have soon...the great ranbir jinx is put to test, I want to see if Ranbir the great panauti is true or not...

I mean he started dating deepu, who was fresh out of OSO success and then her career went downhill, the moment she dumped him, she went on to become #1

He started dating Katrina who was #1 and her career went downhill, now that they broke up she is back to looking bomb with back to back success...

Would be fun to see what happens with Alia..

Alia has done total 10 movies in her career, out of which only two movies are box office failures, Highway and Shandaar. That is a really good box office record. And it was only Shandaar, which completely went wrong, though it looked like a Blockbuster on paper, because of Vikas Bahl coming after Queen. Highway was made more to show Alia's "great" acting skills, than box office collections.

It's true that every script looks like a Blockbuster on paper, but it doesn't guarantee a Blockbuster movie if the execution goes wrong. So just having an awesome script is not enough to make a Hit movie. Alia too will have a couple of Shandaars in future, doesn't matter how much spoonfeeding Kjo does. If Rajinikanth had Flops, then who the hell is Alia Bhatt?

No, no one is invincible. What goes up shall come down. Alia has made efforts to be where she is. It wasn't given to her on a platter. She did choose different roles and movies. She could have taken it easy and stuck to only glam doll roles but she didn't. Instead she did highway, udta Punjab, dear zindagi, raazi. Give her credit for working hard. KJo just launched her and may be guides her but he cannot give her success or make people like her.

I agree let's see if they are actually dating, then I want to see how Alia's career goes. Though I don't exactly know completely about panauti concept and don't believe, somehow Ash and RK both have been always unlucky for those they have been in raltionship with.

Gully Boy could easily flop. Zoya is pretentious and I think it is her bother who carries her films mostly. Ranveer doesn't have a good track record.

Kalank has Sonakshi. That is always a bad sign.

Brahmastra can also underperform. Superhero film. Risky bet

Wow!! Claps for this mentality. Partners of a star is responsible for thir failures. Well maybe deepika was responsible for bachna ae haseeno and wake up sid and rocket singh not performing better than they did.

Maybe katrina was responsible for jagga and besharam and bombay velvet. Or wait!!!!maybe she was also lucky for rk...and helped make barfi and rockstar what tgey were. Brilliant.

Highway and shaandaar of course were siddharth's faults.

Honestly i dont know what alia or rk careers will be next. But both are good actors. Alia may need kjo...ranbir only needs a good script. Not kjo..not hirani not ayan...specifically. just a good script. Give credit where its due.

I have nothing against kat or deepu. Love deepika actually. And am an rk fan. I must say alia impressed me with raazi and udta.
