my child that was an emotional reaction over some very personal issue (and srk replaced ash, slman never forced him, srk done it only to avoid any future mishap on sets, as per his own free will)

Peecee issue is entirely different...it was a cold calculated shrewd selfish deceitful step carried by her lies of engagement
