You would only hide something if you think it's a bad thing that needs to be kept away from people. They don't think that so they are casual about sharing these types of pics.

Suhana also didn't post the pic anyway. Her friend did and then realized his mistake and deleted it but by then it was already everywhere. And as I said before, just because you're a celebrity doesn't mean you can control other people or restrict them from posting their own pics.
