I also second Anjs' post re: Katrina's cheeks! They look puffy here... So odd that some days her cheeks appear so sculptured that she almost look skeloton-like, and some days she looks like she's got a mouthful of fireball candies!

this is the most she should smile with these amount of insane cheek fillers..a little more smile and the eyes..lips..all disappear and only cheeks remain visible..
